Registration and participation

Due to room capacities, the first 70 registrations are sure of participation. They will receive an email confirming their registration and participation. Please also check your spam for the confirmation.

From the 71st registration, an email will be sent out, confirming registration but without guarantee of participation. When we reach this number of registrations, the organisation will be doing its utter best to confirm participation as soon as possible. This confirmation mail will be sent latest by 19.05.2025.

Please register by 16 May 2025 at the latest. Registrations received after this date may not be considered.

Please register only one person per organisation. A second person can register, but will be placed on a waiting list. You will be informed at a later date whether the second person can attend the conference. We thank you for your understanding.

Dinner 27.05.2025

• I would like to attend a joint dinner on 27 May at my own expense and hereby make a binding reservation.

Dinner is not covered by the organiser and must be paid on site. If you do not register for the dinner, you will unfortunately not be able to attend. The cost of the dinner is €19.80 which includes all three courses. Beverages have to be paid extra. Please select one option for each course.
